At Out There Sports we know that it is important to get sports equipment right, and so we understand that products bought online may not fit you in person.
With goods shipped to you address, we can offer a full refund of the value of goods purchased if notified within 48 hours of receipt, although we are unable to refund shipping costs. This will be available when the goods are returned in store.
With goods purchased using our click-and-collect service, we can offer a full refund in store when collecting the good, although not once the goods have been taken out of the store. Opportunity to try on or use the product will be provided in store as best as possible.
Refunds are available if the product does not fit or is faulty, and not if it is the style or look of product that is the issue, provided it is as advertised online.
